We are looking for a Payroll Services Manager.
Duties and responsibilities
Lead teams of payroll professionals in making sure that all payroll computations and its related deliverables are completed on or before the deadline.
Manage customer relationships, and team members' performance
Prepare regular reports for upper management
Help the Payroll Head in developing work standards
Train and develop team members for their career growth
Requirements
Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy, Mathematics, HRM or equivalent
At least 3-4 years work experience as a Supervisor, or similar role, preferably in payroll operations
At least 1-2 years of people management experience
Solid understanding of labor legislation and regulations (tax and wage laws) and local payroll fundamental and best practices
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel or Google Sheets
High numerical aptitude and detailed-oriented
Good time-management skills
Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up
