The Role
As a Payroll Project Manager (Project Based), you will lead and manage the execution and roll-out of new payroll outsourcing projects. You will manage end-to-end delivery (from payroll requirements to production deployment)
How you will contribute
Generates Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs), and other critical project-oriented documentation based on the determined needs of the business objective to guide the development and management of features, platforms, and projects.
Overall to ensure the timely payroll outsource implementation within the Project timeline
Organizes a project team by determining key stakeholders, i.e., Process Owner, Process Champions, Subject Matter Experts, and other individuals (i.e. Automation Team) for specific initiatives that require transformation to ensure that road map and deployment is properly executed.
Stakeholder management by preparing reports, documenting the actual outputs from the activities executed in the project, and effectively communicating the project's progress and status to the Project Team and key Stakeholders.
Employment Duration is from 6 months to 1 year
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Engineering, or any related field.
With at least 4 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial, Process Design & Control, Project Management / Business Analysis, and Agile/Scrum.
Knowledgeable in HR payroll processes and Payroll outsourcing planning and implementation
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
With strong knowledge of documentation
