The Role
As a Payroll Product Officer (Vendor Management), you will manage payroll vendors, including contract review and renewal, service level reviews and vendor-related concerns. You will process timely and accurate payments for vendors services and you will evaluate prospective and existing payroll arrangements.
How you'll contribute
Identifies suitable vendors, negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices for products and services in collaboration with General Services Division
Ensures vendors fulfill their contractual obligations.
Clarifies and assesses the issue raised by customers on vendors.
Summarizes to ensure that all are aware of agreements and required actions and ensures that the relationship remains intact
Proposes acceptable solutions in case of conflict parties
Monitors and reviews impact of performance or changes and reports of official vendors
Manages vendor costs, billing, and deliverables
Initiates, plans, executes, controls, and closes vendor engagements across other departments involved
Evaluates and assess vendor performance aligned with the company's objective
Ensures payroll client acquisition criteria are met prior onboarding new clients. Accommodates pricing deviation request as necessary.
Monitors completeness of payroll document requirements
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in Payroll Product - Vendor Management
Knowledge on vendor management or procurement, profit and loss evaluation
Detail-oriented and adept at negotiating vendor contracts
Demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong customer service skills; above average communication skills; proficient in MS Office application
Hardworking and can work well with a group or across cross-functional teams
