The Role
As a Payroll Product Manager, you will review and monitor processes, and related systems (Digibanker), advise stakeholders on ways to further streamline the operations of the product and implements enhancements and fixes to the process and related systems. You will design, enhance and launch new product features or variants for the growth and profitability of the Payroll product.
How you'll contribute
Resolves any process or system issues identified through internal and external customer channels.
Ensure proper training and cascading of product features and processes, other details to relevant front-liners, end-users, and support units
Strategizes and sets individual and team goals that are aligned with Retail Marketing Division's business plans.
Empowers by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members towards goals.
Manages resources (people, financial, equipment) effectively to support the organization's short and long-term goals.
Conducts regular competitive scans and adjusts bundles when necessary.
Works with cross-functional teams and external partners (as necessary) to ensure the establishment of policies and processes to support the product.
Ensures successful execution of system and process enhancements.
Coordinates with IT, Operations, TBG, etc. on the required system/process enhancements to support the product and to implement approved solutions throughout the group.
What we're looking for
Must have at least 5 years of experience in Payroll Product Management
Strong business process background. Knowledge in handling product marketing
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Good marketing and business process skills. Computer proficient
Marketing-oriented, hard-working, and can work well with a group or across cross-functional teams.
