Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing - end to end process
Validate tax computation and ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
Review timesheets, attendance records, and correct inaccuracies
Facilitate the final pay computation and processing.
Produce and submit reports on general compensation, benefits and payroll activities.
Analyze compensation & benefits-related data.
Exposed/Knowledgeable in preparation of Annual Income Tax External - e.g., Consultants, applicants, customers, etc.)
Involvement in any HR and Payroll Systems migration including initial set-up, testing, and parallel runs.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College degree holder, Major in Accountancy/Business Studies/Administration Management, Finance Management or other equivalents.
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
At least 5 years and up of working experience in the related field. Or gained from Large - Sized Manufacturing, Retail, Construction, Manpower Industry.
Knowledgeable in Payroll processing, government remittances, and payroll/benefits-related entries.
Background/Familiar in HR Payroll software, RAMCO System and/or any ERP software
Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google systems
Able to communicate within different levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to details
Excellent record-keeping skills.
Willing to Travel at Bulacan Plant from time to time.
