Job Description
Administer the payroll software of the corporation
Updates pertinent human resource information and compensation in the system
Monitor timekeeping and compensation issues and answers queries relating to the same
Generate and prepare semi-monthly, monthly, annual payroll reports and government reports
Participate in compensation activities
Document all matters affecting employee compensation
Generate HR reports and metrics for use by HR team members
Generate required reports that may be needed by other support units, esp. Finance
Others tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Work Remotely: Temporarily due to COVID-19
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Broad knowledge in Payroll and Benefits Administration, Taxation, Government Reporting
