PAYROLL OFFICERC.M Pancho Construction Inc.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Oversees the end to end payroll processing for more than 1000 employees
Ensure daily payroll functions are completed in a timely manner and in full compliance with company policies, and work time regulations
Performs daily work with medium to high complexity, including weekly, semi-monthly/monthly payroll calculations, payroll registers, final payment calculations, data input in payroll system, preparation of employer's statutory returns & others
Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
Recommends and oversee payroll system changes and system upgrades to streamline the payroll process
Performs other duties as may be assigned
Can work under pressure and with strong leadership skills.
