QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human resource, or in a similar field.
· Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role
· Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software
· Advanced Mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.
· Good knowledge of labor legislation
· Time-management skills
· Ability to handle confidential information
· Proficient with payroll software.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to prepare and present financial reports.
