Welink MCS is hiring for a Payroll Officer in behalf of a client partner in the Human Capital Software Management Business
Location: Makati/Cavite City

Responsibilities
•Obtain an understanding of client payroll rules and policies during implementation
•Calibrate with the client on how each rule and policy is to be applied using historical payroll calculation by the client highlight any discrepancies in a historical calculation to the client
•Confirm the client rules can be deployed in the software
•Highlight any customization request by the client
•Cross-check automated payroll with excel calculations
Requirements
•Must have a minimum of 2-year experience in calculating payroll for multiple clients including basic salary, complex rules for overtime, under time, absences.
•Must have government mandatory contributions and deductions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and Tax) 13th Month and Tax Annualization computation.
•All reports and Forms for compliance with all regulatory bodies
•Journal and Ledger entries
•Advanced MS Excel Skills
•Excellent comprehension and communication (verbal and written) skills
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize
•Knowledge of updated DOLE rules
