Payroll Officer (uk)Diane Pendle, Inc

We are seeking a Payroll Officer who will help run the current payroll department in the weekly, 2-weekly, 4-weekly and monthly payroll function, ensuring smooth payment of the large number of client's payroll function.

Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for billing and will be involved in:
setting up 'new starters' with the client payroll software
actioning leavers P45s,
dealing with other 'payroll' specific tasks
dealing with queries from clients and staff members either via email or over the telephone.
inputting weekly/monthly timesheet information onto our payroll software - BrightPay, including RTI
Auto enrolment duties for our clients
assisting with the year-end process, providing P60's to client employees.

Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Technology or anything equivalent
Must have 3-5 years of experience in payroll management
Experience using BrightPay is very ideal
Data input experience is essential
Experience in communicating with others via telephone and email is essential
Must have strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Must be organized, goal-driven and results oriented
Must be able to prioritize tasks
Must be a quick learner
Must have polite telephone manner
Must be reliable (attendance, timekeeping, etc.)
Must have good English written and oral communication skills
Must be willing to work on a UK shift (3:30 PM to 11:30 PM MNL time)
Applicants must have a stable internet connection at home for a temporary WFH setup.
