Payroll & Billing Officer
Responsibilities:
Executes and ensures compliance on (but not limited to) the following day-to-day payroll processes:
Computing gross and net pay amounts (e.g., salary, overtime, shift payments, tax withholdings, deductions etc);
Payroll-specific records maintenance;
Reconciliation of payroll records, data verification and administration
Monitor and manage payroll legislation compliance;
Establishes standards and procedures for managing and administering payroll, billing and other related transactions;
Collaborate with Corporate Partners such as the Shared Services Centre to ensures efficiency of service centre operations and transaction processes;
To assist in User Acceptance Testing for HR Information System (HRIS) initiatives and best practices for HRS.
Requirements:
Possess Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration preferably with at least 1 year relevant experience in Payroll Management.
Knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS software (e.g. SAP).
Proactive individual and creative thinker.
Fast learner, able to multi-task and good team player.
Good communication and inter-personal skills, able to work with people across different level in the organization.
