Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing of weekly and monthly salary, that includes preparation, checking, and validation of timekeeping data/reports of all employees (regular, temporary, etc.) from different branches
Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies and errors
Computes and processes overtime pay, leaves, 13th month pay, and bonuses
Prepares post payroll reports that outline actual compensation expenses and sales of company services
Handles employees' queries on all payroll related matters promptly
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably 1 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent
With experience in manual processing of payroll is an advantage
Has an experience in handling around 300+ employees
