What will you do?
We are seeking an experienced and detailed-oriented Payroll Manager to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will bring considerable experience handling payroll, particularly in a contractor environment.
Manage a growing bi-weekly contractor payroll, including all associated processes
Accountable for the on time and correct delivery of contractor pays and benefits, ensuring payroll deadlines are adhered to
Conduct timesheet reconciliations, identifying payroll errors/discrepancies and implementing corrective action promptly
Accurate data entry and validation
Respond and solve all payroll related inquiries
Completing QuickBooks Online (QBO) entries as required
You will have:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in a similar position
Demonstrated working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work extended hours over payroll periods, with shorter hours between pay runs, and
An agile self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
