PAYROLL MANAGER
Job Requirements:
Must be a graduate of a 4 year course (Psychology, HRDM, Accounting, Accountancy, Management and other related course)
Graduate of Masters Degree in Business Administration is an advantage
With at least 4 or more years experience in people management
Adept in payroll administration at a large scale
Has vast experience in project management
Knows how to create policies and procedures related to timekeeping & payroll
Job Responsibilities
• Ensures and checks the accuracy and veracity of payroll calculations which includes employees' salaries and other related matters.
• Accountable for the Payroll system information and usage.
• Monitors the processing of other payroll transactions such as separation / final pay of resigned / transferred employees, adjustments of discrepancies/unpaid salaries, retro payments / salary adjustments and preparation of Alpha list.
• Conducts interview of payroll applicants for vacant positions and submits recommendation to HRD.
• Attends department heads meeting to resolve issues, etc.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
