Responsibilities
Maintain good business relationship with clients.
Conducts periodic client visits and manages customer expectations.
Initiates "up-sell" of existing or additional HR services.
QA Champion and addresses payroll disputes.
Executes and enforces approved operational plans and cascades it to the team.
Oversees the payroll processing of the group.
Controls operational expenses to maintain the amounts within budget.
Directly responsible for team members under her/his group
Oversees the integrity of payroll accounts. Ensures accuracy of the process and generated reports.
Conducts performance appraisal of staff in the team and makes recommendations for staff development.
Coordinates with clients on incidents, payroll issues or additional/modified instructions.
Qualifications
Graduate of any 4 year business and business-related course.
More than 3 years of experience in Payroll and customer solutions management.
Attained Human Resources or Financial Services degrees
