Job Responsibilities
Responsible for full spectrum of local payroll processing, including income tax filing and clearance, statutory claims reimbursement, payroll audits and preparation of monthly reports
Supports the execution of performance management programs and implements compensation and benefits plans, including the initiation of annual performance appraisal, promotion, increment and bonus review exercises and conducting relevant benchmarking studies
Ensure proper documentation of employee and payroll records in line with regulatory guidelines
Generate and conduct data analysis, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits programs
Drive workflow optimization and synergize existing and new HRIS with HR Analytics to drive HR digitization and digitalization efforts within the HR Transformation Office
Work with internal teams to standardize HR data structure, facilitate automation and streamline data collection processes
Reporting on employee demographics, trends and projections to management by applying informed quantitative analysis to influence and support HR execution in business processes
Supervise and provide guidance to a team of 3 members
Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree with 10 years of HR working experience
IHRP certification is preferred and advantageous
Sound knowledge of local employment laws and practices
Familiarity with HRIS and data visualisation
Working knowledge of SAP HRIS platforms preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HR analytical tools
Acts with sense of urgency, disposition for action and desire to thrive in a dynamically growing environment
Strong project and time management skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to closure
