Will lead / collaborate with other functional leaders, as well as work in collaboration with the Global, regional, and cross functional Implementation teams.
Will drive the project management of the assigned EBS function service delivery activities. This would include:
Development of the project plan, activities, milestones, resourcing plan and other project requirements to deliver the assigned scope / function.
Coordination and project management of the implementation of the planned scope (process, people and technology)
Manage all the implementation plan for the assigned scope (i.e. site readiness, training, Payroll work transfers, policy updates/implementation, value realization, etc.)
Drive/participate in the administration of the governance of the assigned scope.
Execution of consistent metrics/status updates
Communication of metrics/status updates to various key stakeholders and supported sites/customer base
Lead and manage all aspects of the assigned EBS (Enterprise Business Services) function's cutover strategy and planning for the Legal Entity Name Change (LENC) Project
Collaborate with the assigned service delivery function, cross functional project teams, and stakeholders to understand cutover requirements and develop appropriate strategies.
Develop the function's cutover plan in compliance with local regulations, organizational policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to cutover activities and develop mitigation plans.
Coordinate and track cutover activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Ensures technical user acceptance testing (UAT) is performed accurately and completed on time.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful data migration and master data updates during cutover.
