The Role
As a Payroll Implementation Officer, you will assist the Payroll Implementation Head in managing the payroll implementation/onboarding of Wholesale to Retail (W2R) and branch clients.
How you'll contribute
Provide manpower support for the on-site distribution of onboarded clients.
Handle onboarding for succeeding new employees of existing clients.
Prepare onboarding status reports.
Recommend process and/or system improvement opportunities to the Payroll Product Manager.
Ensure seamless end-to-end onboarding implementation.
What we're looking for
At least 3 years' experience in the implementation/onboarding of payroll accounts
Good communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Office applications
Hard-working, keen on details, and can work well with a group or across cross-functional teams.
