The Role
As a Payroll Implementation Officer, you will be responsible in ensuring a seamless end-to-end onboarding implementation of new payroll clients and succeeding new employees of existing clients.
How you'll contribute
Provide manpower support for onsite distribution of onboarded clients
Prepare onboarding status, onsite distribution, payroll credit reports, and other operations-related reports specific to the assigned clients
Monitor and notify partners of payroll credit timestamps as scheduled
Respond to the inquiries, requests, and complaints of the clients by redirecting them to appropriate channels
Fulfill unique aftersales arrangement
Recommend process and/or system improvement opportunities
What we're looking for
Must have a bachelor's or college degree on any business course
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
With strong execution or operations background
Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills
Cn work well with a group or a cross functional teams
Must be computer literate
