Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Qualifications:
To work on bi-monthly timekeeping, payroll summary and coordinate with the payroll vendor for payroll computation;
Ensure that all deductions are within the mandate of the local laws;
Provide monthly reconciliation reports to determine variances, etc.
Generating various reports on accurate and timely basis;
Monitor the company's salary structure and benefits - balancing cost and pay equity;
Periodic research on the market/competitor's remuneration rates and benefits;
Administer health and accident insurance - working closely with the vendors;
Assist in other responsibilities within the department.
