Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in BS Psychology, BSBA Major in Human Resources, BS Financial Management or equivalent
Excellent mathematical skills and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PPT)
With good oral communication and analytical Skills
Job Descriptions:
Responsible in accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing of all direct Daily paid employees using Payroll System
Coordinate with HR Timekeeping for attendance disputes, concerns, adjustments, etc.
Ensures that LBR/other deduction or charges are deducted from employees salary
Prepares bankfile and check if tally with the approved payroll register
Coordinate with Accounting for preparation of Cash-out Salary of those daily paid employees without available ATM/Cash card
Responsible in timely transmittal of cash salary as well as informing to concerned employees
Coordinate with HR Compben Team for Monthly Statutory Government mandated deductions/loans and/or other company loans or bank loans for timely payment processing
Responsible in preparation of BIR 1601c and BIR Form 2316 in coordination with Accounting for checking of variance and payment processing
Countercheck Agency Billing forwarded by HR; check the reflected rates if based on approved rates, computation of salary, and statutory deductions, then coordinate with Accounts Payable team for check processing
Ensures holding of last applicable salary of resigned/AWOL/Terminated employees
In-charge of Final Pay computation of separated employees
Attend to Payroll concerns of employees
Prepare Payroll related reports for submission to Supervisor for consolidation and checking
Keep oneself updated on Handbook on Workers' Statutory Monetary Benefits as well as new policy/benefits issued by the company
Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.
