Payroll Associate
TTEC is seeking a Timekeeping Specialist/Analyst to join our Global Payroll team.
Our Payroll team brings significant value and contribution to our company through overall Payroll Processing and TimeKeeping management for one of the most unique and strategically geographically-located global payroll operations in the world.
What you'll bring to us:
Research discrepancies for both current and historical TimeKeeping related issues
Primary point of contact for employees and manager questions with regards to time/pay policies and guidelines for the location(s) assigned
Collects, reconciles and audits data aiming at achieving the accuracy required around payroll input data
Requests time and exceptions approvals and executes the Sign-off of time cards as part of the initial stages on the overall Payroll calculation process, each pay period
Performs pre/post audits of hours transferred to the payroll system
Form relationships with assigned location(s) team leads & administrative staff as a member of the regional team
Provide functional support to users of the time and attendance system for the location(s) assigned
Follow up daily with locations regarding exceptions, schedules and/or worked hours (i.e. punches)
Provide appropriate guidance to location(s) management regarding time system concerns
Adhere to and enforce payroll processing deadlines
Ensure timely response to tickets generated either for Active or Terminated employees
Able to understand pay rules and time worked requirements for the location(s) assigned
What skills you'll need:
Understanding of / Experience with HRMS (ex. Oracle HR) and/or Payroll systems (ex. Oracle, ADP, etc.)
Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
Great interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse/disperse population
Able to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data. High level of integrity and judgment
Proficient in English, both written and verbal (knowledge of Portuguese a plus)
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in TimeKeeping related support and processes, preferably for a large multinational organization
