Manage timekeeping and payroll administration process.
Review timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies
Handling (end to end process) government mandatory benefits administration.
Facilitate the final pay computation and processing.
Produce and submit reports on general compensation, benefits and payroll activities.
Analyze compensation & benefits-related data.
Managing onboarding process (eg. system update, mandatory government data, facilitate orientation and all other TK/ payroll data) and any other company wide cascades.
Answer employees' concerns and questions related to overall compensation and benefits process/ policy/ etc.
Assist and support with all internal and external HR operations related matters.
Knowledgeable in Journal Entry preparation
Knowledgeable in Preparation of Annual Income Tax

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College degree holder, Major in Business Studies/Administration Management, Finance Management or other equivalent.
Preferably at least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Knowledgeable in Payroll processing, government remittances and payroll/ benefits related entries.
Background in HR Payroll software and programs
Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google systems
Able to communicate within different levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to details
Excellent record keeping skills.
Experience in vendor management
A competitive analytical skills and advanced communicative competence
High flexibility in shifting schedule and extended working hours
