Responsibilities
• The position is expected to have a high level understanding of HR/Payroll requirements.
• Sound knowledge of statutory compliances, government reporting and standard scope of work in the payroll domain
• Understanding of HR/Payroll services - Outsourced and SaaS Payroll
• Maintain business relationships with existing clients of Allsec in Philippines
Key Skills
• Bachelor's degree holder
• A minimum of 2 years experience in processing Philippine Payroll
• Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in Outsourced HR payroll / SaaS HR/Payroll services
• An indepth understanding of the Filipino market preferably in HR/Payroll Services.
• Tech Savvy / Computer literate with hands-on use of Microsoft Apps / databases.
• With excellent analytical skills and has strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies
• Excellent communication skills, pleasing personality.
• A go getter, a self starter
