payroll Associate - with bpo experience (shaw)IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in processing bi-monthly payroll activities for all employees
Reviews employment data prior to processing a pay run and coordinates with Human Resources and other department's personnel corrections and adjustments as needed.
Handles payroll related issues and proactively initiates solutions
Update payroll records as appropriate
File Maintenance- document controller, handles all confidential and rank & file employee's 201 file.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
At least 2 years relevant experience in the Payroll preferably from a Call Center or BPO setup
Must be knowledgeable in Manual Payroll (just-in-case)
Can work with minimal supervision
Must have good English communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and simultaneous assignments
Ability to handle pressure well
Ability to interact professionally with all levels of organization
Open to SHIFTING SCHEDULE INCLUDING GRAVEYARD SCHEDULE
Amenable to work in Shaw
