Function:
Address payroll concerns via incoming calls
Answer payroll related inquiries thru intercom
Complede side project assigned by the client if there's any
Requirements
At least 6 months of WORK EXPERIENCE in the same role
Must have excellent English since they will eventually be on the phone talking with customers
Detail-oriented
Background in HR or recruiting a plus
Background in healthcare a plus
