Responsibilities:
Review and process timekeeping data of all employees
Inputs relevant information in the payroll system
Monitors loan deductions of employees
Updates information related to SSS, Philhealth, HDMF premiums in the payroll system
Answers employee inquiries pertaining their salaries
Generates payroll reports
Provides assistance to Accounting team on related tasks as necessary
Job Qualification
Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/ Accountancy/Banking and Finance/ Management
Knowledgeable in HRIS System or any accounting /payroll system
With At least 1 year experience in Payroll processing
Technical savvy and highly familiar with MS Office
Highly analytical and has keen attention to details
Very good oral and written English communication skills
Can work with minimum supervision
Willing to work in Makati City
