Payroll Function - process by which employees receive their salary.
Balancing and reconciling payroll data thru system
It takes care of wage, deductions, record keeping and verifying the reliability of pay data
Responsible for calculating, reimbursements, bonuses, Overtime and holiday pay
Payslip
In-charge in going out to process Un-potables loan SSS/PI
Job Qualifications
Candidate must be a Bachelor's/College Degree of Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills
Can work with minimal supervision and can handle pressure
PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS.
Basic knowledge of labor laws
