Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee
Prepares/encodes documents required in payroll processing
Prints and issues payslip of employees
Prepares monthly remittances and reports of SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig
Prints and submits required payroll reports such as overtime, tardiness and other related reports to Payroll Specialist
Prepares certification of SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig contributions and loan amortization as required
Prepares and updates summary of deductions for payroll preparation
Assigns and controls employees' ID number Checks DTR and other payroll documents of manpower agencies
Assists in the preparation of BIR form 2316 Files payroll documents and government reports
