Basic Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4- year business management course, IT or offfice management course.
Must be a computer literate ( excel- vlook up/ pivoting)

Basic Roles:
Prepares payroll calculations which includes salaries, benefits, bonuses and other compensation of employees.
Handles the processing of company loans of employees.
Prepares and processes RTC/Sales incentives of employees.
Handles the posting of newly hired employees in the payroll system.
Processes the retro computation of salaries and other related compensation of employees.
Prepares and processes the separation pay / last day computation of resigned employees.
Prepares bank reports for all employees with salary hold and unliquidated cash advance.
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
