Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive, Compute and Upload timesheet to client's database
Create Weekly and Semi-month Payroll Report
Add New hires employee to Portal
Update Payroll and Payrate Sheet every semi-month
Enter Weekly and Semi-month Invoices to Quickbooks
Update/follow-up collections weekly
Assist with bookkeeping and managing accounts.
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the database.
Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
Track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers
Assist in other accounts when need be.
Qualification:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Accounting Tech.
Must have at least two (2) years of experience is required for this position.
Knowledgeable in setting up accounting systems, and in Quickbooks software
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk.
Has experience handling US finance and payroll processing
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
Good English communication skills both oral and written.
Good organizational skills; able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Proactive, can work with minimal supervision.
Team player.
Amendable to work on a shifting or graveyard schedule.
Can work from home and has available tools/machine and stable internet connection
