This position is responsible for supporting business departments in payroll, billing administration and management of contracts. He/she will provide premium and value-added services to clients in addition to timely and accurate payroll processing and billing.
Job Description:
1. Managing contractors payroll and billing to client using in-house payroll system (Dex)
2. Processing of Weekly/Monthly payroll for contractors
3. Ensure payroll and billing accuracy
4. Collaborate with Operations and Finance on payroll and billing matters
5. Generate weekly and monthly payroll and billing reports
6. Pay and bill hours reconciliation
7. Margin Analysis before payment to contractors
8. Filing of form IR21 (Tax Clearance) for foreigners and check IR8A for candidates
9. Submitting NS Make-Up Pay claim for contractors
10. Submitting insurance claim for contractors
11. Submitting of CPF Refund / Adjustment
12. Application for refund on Government Paid Leaves
13. Ensure local statutory, tax, policy and internal compliance are fulfilled
