Job Description
Review timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies.
Prepare and submit all necessary working paper for tax deductions, allowances, and other employee benifits.
Responsible for the preparation of statutory remittances (SSS, HDMF, PHIC)
Prepare/compute correct net pay per personnel.
Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses.
Design, document and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes.
Answer MDs and employees' questions about salaries and tax.
Stay up-to-date on payroll and tax laws.
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Management or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required for this post
Knowledgeable about new tax regulations involving payroll
Familiarity using Excel/spreadsheets/Google sheets.
Good analytical skills.
Has the ability to work under tight deadlines.
