About the Team
As an HR Transformation Consultant in Payroll and Workforce Management you will use your insight and expertise in projects reaching beyond traditional consulting boundaries. This is an opportunity to join the world's most valuable commercial services brand and work with leaders in your field to develop insight, experience and truly add value to our client base.
Work you will do
Entry level experience in Consulting or in a fast paced, dynamic HR team
Experience on HR transformation projects or in HR Functional Areas such as Payroll, Workforce management, HR Projects, Process Mapping or Process Improvement
Experience working through the full lifecycle of a project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing
Experience with Payroll and Workforce Management solutions such as Infor, Ultimate Kronos Group, Workforce Software, Ceridian, ADP or similar technologies and vendors
Delivering work and high-quality deliverables managing against project deadlines
Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable payroll and workforce management solutions
Work in collaboration with your project team, and freely share knowledge to provide superior service to the client.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Experience building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
