Maintains proper records and prepares report of employees' attendance and leaves.
Collect, calculate, and enter attendance summary on a semi-monthly basis for approximately 300 employees (direct hired and agency based)
Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
Checking of agency billing and prepares request for payment
Prepares request of load allowance (pre-paid and post paid)
Job Requirements:
Successful candidate must have an associate degree in HR or any related field.
Candidate must have at least 1-2 years experience in Compensation and Benefits
Candidate must have strong communication skills
Candidate must be able to quickly resolve people's problems
Must have a great passion in learning.
