PAYROLL AND HR SPECIALIST (PM shift, part time, hybrid setup, 1 vacant position)
 
Payroll and HR Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of payroll administration in combination with HR responsibilities to ensure accurate and timely compensation of employees.
 
TASKS:
Payroll Processing: Collecting, verifying timesheets, calculating wages, deductions, and benefits in payroll software
HR Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases, including employee personal information, compensation details; processing employee changes, such as orientation of new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers and salary adjustments
Employee Support: Point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries, disputes, and general HR-related questions; training of payroll and HR software to new hires
Coordinating with bookkeeper for accounting and maintaining transactions, files, books and records
Other tasks as assigned by the immediate head
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Prior experience in HR and payroll administration, including a solid understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
Good English communication skills, keen to details and can keep confidentiality of records
JOB LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:
Hybrid setup (once/twice a week on site within Jones Avenue)
9 pm to 1 am, Monday to Friday
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS for WFH:
Processor: Core i3-5th gen / AMD A8 / Ryzen 3 (2015 or later)
Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB
Operating System: at least Windows 10
SALARY:
Starting rate at Php 10, 000
