ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Billing Specialist to be part of our team.
He/She is responsible for handling the company's billing.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of client billing.
Ensure proper application of client payments.
Performs the end-to-end process of the final pay process (from resignation and termination to supervisor approval).
Perform QuickBooks Online (QBO) entries for SSS Maternity Benefit, Pay hold, and Final pay uploading.
Provide support for timekeeping and payroll processing.
Assist in addressing employee queries.
Prepare reports and trackers as required.
Create supporting reports/schedules necessary for audit and compliance purposes.
Requirements
Must have a degree in BS Accountancy or any allied courses
At least 2-3 years of experience in Billing and payroll.
​Proficient in Excel is a must
Good communication skill
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Capable of working with minimal supervision.
Willing to work on a Hybrid work setup in Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center Ortigas (Beside The Medical City Ortigas)
