Aspen Business Solutions Inc. (JG Summit and Affiliates Shared Services), the Philippines' first multi-function, multi-industry shared service, was formed in 2013 to centralize common transactions across JG Summit Conglomerate (e.g. Cebu Pacific, Robinsons Land, Robinsons Retail, Universal Robina Corporation).
This position is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of various in-scope transactions given clearly defined procedures and with close supervision. This may include one or any combination of the following:
computation of hours worked and salaries for daily and monthly paid employees of clients,
payroll taxes and employee benefit payments and deductions in support of the salary administration process,
prepares reports for payroll expenditures, remittances of government contributions and employee benefits.
Client contact is generally required.
Qualifications:
Graduates of BSBA Major in Financial Management, BS Accountancy or other related fields
Qualified candidate will be assigned in Payroll Department
With above-average to excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word
Willing to report in Ortigas Center, Pasig
Willing to render overtime, work on weekends or holidays if necessary
Preferably knowledgeable in SAP
