About the Job
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for assisting and auditing payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely payments for employees of 24-7 Intouch.
As Payroll Analyst, You Will...
Assist in the execution of payroll operations for various locations
Support the implementation of payroll processes that ensure continuous improvement in accuracy, efficiency and service levels
Develop and maintain business partnerships with HR, Operations and Accounting to support payroll initiatives
Deliver prompt, friendly and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay including garnishments and taxes consistent with Federal/state/local wage and hour laws
Keep informed on legislation and regulatory rulings impacting payroll and develop solutions to ensure compliance in all federal and state jurisdictions
Analyze and report attendance based on schedule data
Requirements
As Payroll Analyst, You Have...
Some post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling preferred
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar payroll position processing a full cycle payroll
Experience with ADP Workforce Now (asset)
Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multi-project workload within tight deadlines through strong organizational and planning skills
Advanced proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
Superior attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Possess exceptional prioritization skills to complete work in a timely manner
Adaptability to change and innovation
The ability to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced environment
