Must-Have:
3+ years hands-on experience in US and International Payroll processing
Good knowledge of payroll accounting: e.g. accrual, PTO and misc. payroll related JEs
Experience with Workday HCM/Payroll; NetSuite, and ADP Smart Compliance
Cross-functional collaboration with business partners for process improvements
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results under strict deadlines
Advance Microsoft office e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willing to work on any shift and/or on US hours
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with US/International payroll processing for bi-weekly /semi-monthly populations
Oversee US /International OPS to ensure timely processing, as well as manage the payroll accounting close process for US entities and other subsidiaries
Participate in the month-end/quarter end close by posting journal entries through NetSuite
Reconcile balance sheet accounts on monthly/quarterly basis
Prepare supporting schedule /analytic for monthly management reporting
Working very closely with our Systems Analyst on Workday/ADP process improvements including streamline current payroll process
Coordinate, support and participate in various system UAT's (User acceptance testing)
Assist on documentation of desk procedure on payroll processing in US and International subs
