Brief Job Description
The Payroll Analyst is a key member of the Global Human Resource Information Systems Team. In this capacity the analyst will act as the expert with knowledge in all areas of the US payroll processing support. The primary objective of the analyst is to ensure that payroll processing is done efficiently and error-free; this is to achieve the GHRIS service level goals.
The Payroll Analyst will ensure that customer service expectations are met and maintained, and cultivate relationships with appropriate customer contacts in order to be responsible and proactive according to their needs.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
• Run the payroll interface and nsure the accuracy of data extracted from the system.
• Process Interfaces; balance and analyze General ledger figures, report to St. Louis counterparts any discrepancies / abnormal high and lows
• Ensure that the time files are submitted on time
• Ensure that the payroll calculations are correct
• Keep the Business Unit in line to respect payroll cut off
• Make different configuration that are needed in ADP and Oracle HCM
• Review and ensure the completeness and accuracy of reports sent out to the Business Units
Requirements
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
• University Degree
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Very good English written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to work on night shift schedule and Philippine holidays
Preferred:
• With 1-3 years working experience in HR/Payroll processing.
• Related experience in the BPO industry (Payroll or HR processing)
