Your mission is to streamline these data processes and help reduce administrative burden on our clients. . Prepare payroll reports with benefit deductions for all clients on a weekly, bi-weekly or semi-monthly basis . Process, calculate, and update payroll reports for new hires, terminations, and employee changes, including retroactive payments/refunds . Audit payroll file formats and benefit calculations to ensure accuracy . Identify, analyze, and correct payroll and carrier invoice discrepancies . Manage and audit funding for taxable wellness spending accounts . Investigate, analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner . Perform ad hoc reporting requests . Assist with other tasks and projects as needed Job Qualifications : . 2+ years of payroll experience . Benefit administratration/employee benefits experience . Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, arithmetic formulas, Pivot Tables, Index Match) . Knowledge, use and experience of Visual Basic Macros considered an asset . 1+ year of experience at a healthcare and/or start-up company preferred
