Summary:<\/b><\/p>
This position is
a full-time role based in Mandaluyong, Manila. <\/span>The position will be managing internal payroll processes and managing third -party vendors that support China and various APAC payroll processes.<\/p>
<\/p>
This role will also be supporting the transition and transformation of the delivery of various payroll services from China and other geographies into the Manila HR Service Center. It will work closely with the HR Service Centers to deliver seamless payroll services to the organization's employees across multiple countries and regions.<\/p>
<\/p>
Job Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p><\/div>
Completes pre \/ post payroll processing activities <\/b>based on implemented procedures with heavy focus on China\/Taiwan<\/b><\/u>. <\/p><\/li>Reviews, analyzes, and verifies<\/b> payroll reports and documents for accuracy<\/span><\/p><\/li>Makes necessary adjustments or corrections<\/b> using established procedures <\/span><\/p><\/li>Authorizes, reviews and\/or may enter payroll transactions<\/b> and related data<\/span><\/p><\/li>Maintain master data and payroll data<\/b> required for any off-cycle check payments and for any under or overpayment related corrections<\/p><\/li>Acts as subject matter expert<\/b> and \/ or resource to others for payroll processing transactions<\/span><\/p><\/li>Handles and \/ or provide guidance<\/b> for all employee queries related to payroll or payment e.g. loans, payroll adjustments, benefit adjustments, commission payments, etc. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Responsible for other assignments per supervisor assigned<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/p>Job Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>Education:<\/b><\/p>Bachelor's Degree<\/b> in <\/span>Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering <\/span>or other related fields<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>Skills and Competencies: <\/b><\/p>Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both traditional and simplified, certified <\/b>HSK Level 5 and above or equivalent<\/b><\/span>) language skills.
<\/b><\/p><\/li>3-5 year experience<\/b> to handling China\/Taiwan countries in HR or payroll administration or another related field. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Working knowledge of<\/b>end-to-end payroll procedures<\/b> and other pay-impacting processes such as GL reconciliation is <\/p><\/li>Experience in using \/ managing one or more of the following systems is strongly preferred:<\/p>Service Now<\/p><\/li>Workday<\/p><\/li>Cloud Pay<\/p><\/li>SAP Payroll<\/p><\/li>UKG <\/b><\/p><\/li>Immedis Payroll<\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>High degree of accuracy<\/b>, often in time-critical situations Effective communication skills<\/b> to work with all levels Experience in call center or shared services environment<\/b><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/p> to stay connected with us!

<\/li>Advise on GHD approval procedures for contracts and assist in the implementation of contract risk management procedures. <\/li>Providing advice on: General legal issues that arise from day to day in a global consulting firm, including in the areas of employment, privacy and corporate\/contract law, intellectual property law, tax law and regulation, data protection and information security law, commercial disputes and litigation management. <\/li>Legislative compliance, internal policies and some corporate governance matters.
