Qualifications:
Amenable to Fixed Term employment (six-month contract)
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance and Accounting related fields
Requires one (1) year experience in Payroll
Willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong City
Regular Shift, 9AM-6PM
Job Description:
The Payroll Analyst (Fixed Term) will be responsible in providing support in the operations and may have task in Payroll Data Management such as testing for tool deployment, monitor and fix bugs throughout stabilizations. This role may be assigned with the following but not limited to:
Payroll validation and reconciliation
Various reportorial requirements (local & global)
Post payroll reporting and statutory requirements
Responsibilities:
Validate mid-month and end-month payroll results.
Performs various analysis and reconciliations
Prepares various Payroll Reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Prepares performance metrics monitoring
Provides reporting to management on issues, projects and processing statistics
Employee inquiries support via Service Now (tool) as necessary
Ensures compliance to Team Norms, Internal controls and Company's Policies
Assists with ad hoc requests/special projects/team projects and assists with internal deliverables preparation
Perform statutory requirement validation/processing
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
