About Your Client:
Based in Texas, your client provides award-winning events management, planning, and production services, as well as tent and furniture rentals and other party essentials, to make corporate, sports, and personal events a memorable success.
What You Will Do:
Gather and examine timesheets to ensure their validity.
Enter start and end times onto the payroll software.
Ensure that compensation for overtime work is calculated at the appropriate rate and that annual leave is calculated accordingly, if applicable.
Confirm that legally-mandated and optional deductions have been processed correctly.
Address queries about payroll-related issues.
Work to resolve discrepancies in payments as a matter of urgency.
Take responsibility for full cycle accounts receivable, including preparing and sending out invoices, reconciling payments, outstanding A/R, and resolving discrepancies for month-end closing
Be responsible for full cycle collection.
Maintain and manage customer records with accuracy
Prepare and submit A/R aging report
Skills and Qualifications:
Willing to work on the night shift, to align with clients who are in the U.S. Central time zone
Previous experience as a Payroll Admin or a similar role.
Familiarity with payroll software.
Excellent data entry skills.
Knowledge of U.S. and Philippine legislation and procedures pertaining to salary deductions.
Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks.
Strong sense of integrity.
