Your Role and Responsibilities
Requires education generally equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
1 - 2 years of Payroll Accounting experience
Good communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively across different cultures.
Knowledge on accruals, accounts reconciliation, journal entries, accounts clearing and variance resolution (SAP) is a must.
Prepare various reports and analysis as needed to support Payroll department
Prepare, review and/or post journal entries for accurate record keeping.
Prepare general ledger account analysis and reconciliation of payroll related GA accounts.
Prepare and maintain payroll accounting records for efficient access to information.
Examine, review and interpret payroll accounting records to ensure accuracy.
Respond to inquiries related to payroll for decision making purposes.
Understands month-end accounting close process and submits entries for approval to close out each month.
Requires ability to process complex time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions based on this data, and to effectively communicate the related required actions.
