Job Description:
Prepare various reports and analysis as needed to support Payroll deparment
Prepare, review, and/or post journal entries for accurate record keeping
Prepare general ledger account analysis and reconciliation of payroll related to GA accounts
Prepare and maintain payroll accounting records for efficient access to information
Examine, review, and interpret payroll accounting records to ensure accuracy
Respond to inquires related to payroll for decision making process
Understands month-end accounting close process and submits entries for approval to close each month
Requires ability to process complex time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decision based on this data, and to effectively communicate the related required actions.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
