Receives timekeeping from HR coordinators and prepares payroll summaries and deductions.
Monitors Employees' salary deductions
Prepares payslip and send them to respective HR coordinators for distribution to employees.
Tagging of Salary payout means. All salaries to be paid online must be forwarded to the accounting officer for uploading to the payroll system. Other means of the payout must be coordinated to the Accounting officer for budget requests/encashment.
Sending/remittance of payroll through Cebuana/BDO/Gcash
Reconciles with the clients on billing issues.
Prepares Final Pay summary for resigned employees.
Sending billing documents and collection of payments to/from clients.
