QUALIFICATIONS:
- VIETNAMESE OR MALAYSIAN OR INDONESIAN OR TAIWANESE NATIONALS
- Must know Chinese
- Support in processing daily deposit/ withdrawal transaction and concerns
- Ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all Standard Operation Procedures.
- Provide immediate attention to customer’s problems and follow up with appropriate resolution.
- Ensure all internal and external reports are recorded accurately and tallied
- Assist other departments via chat and email regarding payment – related concerns
- Handle all back office duties related to payments
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
