The Role
As a Payment Channel Manager, you will be responsible for the BAU and projects of channels assigned by the unit head. You will ensure that the systems are running smoothly and is in compliant to the external and internal standards and policies. You will Ensure that uptime is kept higher than the SLA and volume targets are exceeding the forecast numbers.
How you'll contribute
Responsible for the documentation, maintenance, and implementation of the SLA of all its channels. Monitoring and reporting to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Responsible for growing the channels throughput, while maintaining an acceptable error rates for all channels under its jurisdiction
Work with Operation units of the Bank to ensure payment process are in place, reconciliations are all up to date.
Responsible for the overall design, costing, security, customer feedback, and growth of the payment channel transactions of the Bank
Introduce new use cases to the Bank products and services units.
Work with IT to implement Payment Hub project to ensure channel is designed efficiently and costs are manage properly.
Work with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and IT units on the compliance of the transactions as according to the internal guidelines defined by these departments.
Ensure channels are compliant with BSP rules and all the other regulatory agency of the channels covered.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Telecommunication, Industrial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, and Marketing
At least 3 years of experience with Payment Channel Management
Knowledge on the different payment schemes functions and management needs.
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to analyze channel performance and make appropriate programs to increase profitability and usage of channel. Able to have an overall architectural understanding of the system and make necessary recommendation to resolve production issues.
